IMPORTANT: The following exams require specific preparation for proper imaging. Please make arrangements for supervision of younger children during your appointment.
Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your appointment time. You will be checked in upon arrival. Please contact us if you are considerably unwell. In which case, we will cancel your appointment and reschedule for a later date. We no longer require medical grade masks to be worn while in our facility. However, if you have experienced a new onset of a cough or respiratory symptoms, you may be asked to don a medical grade mask by a health-care professional that will be provided to you. Notification of cancellation of appointment must be 24 hours prior. A charge of a $ 75.00 No Show fee may be applied if there is not adequate notice of cancellation.
OBSTETRICAL
Empty bladder 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to exam, then…
Immediately drink 1 litre of water within 30 minutes
DO NOT EMPTY BLADDER UNTIL AFTER EXAM
For example: Your appointment is scheduled for 11:00AM. You would empty your bladder at 9:30AM, then drink your 1 litre of water between 9:30AM-10:00AM. You must have that 1 litre of water drank by 10:00AM. Then DO NOT VOID, until after your exam.
PELVIC
May require trans-vaginal scanning in females
Empty bladder 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to exam, then…
